Where to find it

Open Settings
In the left sidebar, under Manage, click Settings.

Open the right section
Scroll to the Forwarding & integrations group and click Email
notifications or Webhook.
Email notifications
Under recipient, enter one email address; every notification goes there. Leave it empty and nothing is sent. Optionally add a CC address; that second address must be a team member or use the same email domain as your team. Then tick what you want to be notified about:- A visitor starts a new conversation
- A visitor asks for a colleague
- Someone submits the contact form
- Data has been collected
Webhooks
A webhook sends data to a URL you control the moment something happens. Point it at your CRM, a spreadsheet automation, or a tool like Zapier or Make to distribute from there.1
Add a webhook
In the Webhook section, click to add a new webhook and paste your URL.
You can have up to five per chatbot side by side, each with its own address,
its own events and its own headers.

Choose the events
Per webhook, tick which events it should react to.

Save and test
Save with the bar at the bottom of the page. From then on the webhook fires
on every chosen event.
New conversation
A visitor starts a new conversation.
Message sent
A message is sent in the conversation.
Form submitted
Someone submits the contact form.
Person requested
A visitor asks for a colleague.
Data collected
Variables have been collected in the conversation.
